Meeting Point – Hathersage, Derbyshire, 10am
After meeting and a short introduction we will travel the short distance to the first location.

Higger Tor
This is an easy to access location with a very short walk. With some stunning views over the Hope Valley, endless possibilities of compositions and a number of outstanding features, Shelter Rock, KitKat Stones and Carl Wark. This is the perfect place for your introduction to the Peak District, and gives me the chance to get to know you and your abilities.

Wyming Brook
A 10 minute drive and a short walk will take us to the magical Wyming Brook. The perfect place to practice waterfall shots, it has many features to explore, with small dramatic waterfalls cascading over ledges. Hidden in a deep gorge Wyming Brook can be shot in any weather.

Lunch Break in Hathersage for 45 minutes

Baslow Edge
A 20 minute drive will take us to Baslow edge where we will shoot dramatic images over the valley looking towards Curbar Edge. After this if time permits we will visit another water location.

Stanage Edge
Return to Stanage Edge near Hathersage. Stanage is the most famous ridge in the Peaks, some 3 miles long and with some outstanding features. We will shoot the 600yo Mill Stones before ascending to the top where we will shoot various compositions whilst preparing for your final sunset image.
